5. Agency Commission & Professional Fees
F1 Real Estates operates on standard market commission rates for property buying, selling, and leasing. No transactions are processed blindly. All commission structures, documentation fees, and society transfer fee estimates will be explicitly discussed, agreed upon, and signed in writing prior to closing any official transaction or plot transfer.
